One of my resolutions this year was the popular “Get Healthy.” I’ve been trying to watch what I eat by replacing Tim’s Jalepeno potoato chips with baby carrots, burgers with salmon, and mayo with avocado. Coming up with tasty but healthy and interesting dishes has been very fun, actually. I found a few fitspo blogs that share great workout and nutrition tips as well as new recipes. With a little creativity, you can easily make a meal that will put any pizza craving out of your mind.

My healthy go-to breakfast is a slice Dave’s Killer Bread, creamy avocados, heart healthy┬átomatos, crisp cucumbers, and a poached egg.
